The Ford Bronco Sasquatch is already a beast when it comes to off-road capabilities. Ford believes it’s so impressive that you could even search for its namesake in one. This is precisely the adventure the automaker encourages through a new sweepstakes. While we’re skeptical about discovering the truth behind Bigfoot, you could win the unique Bronco shown here.
This one-of-a-kind Bronco is dubbed the Sasquatch Searcher. It began its journey as a two-door Bronco equipped with the Sasquatch package. Ford has since added a lightbar on the roof, extra off-road cameras, and a tree-themed camouflage wrap designed to assist in tracking down the elusive creature. However, since there’s no concrete evidence of Bigfoot’s existence, Ford has also included an awning, camping chairs, and a plush interior for unwinding after a fruitless expedition.
Does Ford genuinely want folks to hunt for Bigfoot? Not exactly, but the sweepstakes certainly calls for a bit of daring. The contest is hosted through Ford’s Bronco Instagram account, where you’ll find all the necessary details. Participants will need to solve various puzzles to uncover hidden information, some of which can be found on social media, Reddit, and even “out in the wild.” Ford mentions that certain locations known for past Bigfoot sightings will feature posters and signs with phone numbers to call, providing clues to those participating.
If you’re not a whiz at puzzles or can’t stretch your budget for the entry-level Bronco Sasquatch (which starts at $51,675 for the Big Bend trim), there’s good news! Ford has just launched a Sasquatch package for the Bronco Sport. While it’s not as rugged as its larger sibling, it boasts 29-inch tires and some additional off-road features to enhance its performance. The starting price is around $41,000, but it won’t be available until early 2025.
