Rolls-Royce is unveiling something extraordinary at Monterey this year. This eye-catching yellow coupe is known as the Spectre Semaphore, a unique creation featuring several bespoke touches, such as an eye-catching hood paint job and a vivid two-tone interior.

The striking shade, named Semaphore Yellow, was specially created for this project, according to Rolls. The hood showcases a distinctive design called “Marble Paint Spill,” inspired by Californian artists. It features a blend of silver lacquer and multiple layers of clear coat, mimicking a pool of mixed yellow and silver paint. Rolls-Royce notes that crafting the hood took a total of 160 hours.

Remaining true to its vibrant yellow theme, the Spectre Semaphore’s interior blends Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow to enhance the white seats, doors, and dashboard accents. The finishing touch is the Lemon Yellow stitching, of course. Rolls even managed to color the center dial in the gauge cluster yellow.

No updates on the drivetrain have been noted, so it’s assumed the Spectre Semaphore’s dual-motor electric system remains unchanged. It delivers a total of 577 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque, with a maximum range of up to 291 miles.

Rolls characterizes the Semaphore as embodying “the daring new standards of luxury set by the brand’s assured, youthful clientele.”

If you’re interested in the design, you’re in for a treat. Unlike most custom orders from the brand, this particular one hasn’t been sold yet. Rolls mentions it’s up for grabs through any authorized dealer in the U.S. However, you might need to move quickly, as this is the sole model in existence.

The unique Spectre will be unveiled at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering, on August 16 during Monterey Car Week.
