Honda unveiled the updated Civic earlier this year, but the Si wasn’t part of that reveal. Now, we have all the details on what the 2025 performance model offers. The pricing has seen a slight increase compared to last year.
The base price now stands at $31,045, which includes Honda’s $1,095 destination fee. This marks an $850 increase, and it comes with a refreshed design featuring a new front grille with a hexagonal pattern. The Si also sports new taillights with a darker shade compared to the standard Civic and rides on exclusive 18-inch wheels. For 2025, there’s also an option for factory-installed summer tires, available for an additional $300.
The cabin remains mostly unchanged, but Honda highlights a new 10.2-inch digital instrument panel. It includes an integrated shift light, and Google built-in is now part of the standard Si software package. Heated seats are now standard as well, but the bigger changes are not immediately visible. Updated supports for the lower B-pillar and rear door sill boost the car’s rigidity, and the suspension has been adjusted to take full advantage of this. Honda describes it as the most rigid Si ever, offering improved driving dynamics and greater ride comfort.
The Si remains the only Civic available with a manual transmission, apart from the pricier Type R. It continues with 200 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque from the turbocharged 1.5-liter engine, now unique to the Si due to the introduction of the Civic Hybrid.
“Honda’s best keep improving, and this year we’re elevating the Civic with our new 2025 Civic hybrid and an even more enticing Civic Si,” stated Jessika Laudermilk, assistant vice president of Honda Auto Sales. “The Civic Si is a performance icon in the sport compact category, and the 2025 Civic Si upholds that tradition as the most exhilarating Si we’ve ever offered.”
Expect the 2025 Civic Si to hit dealerships in August.
