Honda revealed pricing and range estimates for its all-electric Prologue SUV, starting at $48,795 with a range of 296 miles. Available in five trims, including front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive models, opting for the EX or Touring models with front-wheel drive offers the best range for the price.
Adding all-wheel drive costs an extra $3,000 and reduces range by 15 miles. The top-tier Prologue Elite starts at $59,295, offering standard all-wheel drive but slightly less range at 273 miles. Honda did not clarify why the Elite has a lower range. Compared to its rival, the Chevrolet Blazer EV, the Prologue is significantly cheaper but offers slightly less range. The Blazer EV starts at $56,715 and boasts 324 miles of range, attributed to its rear-mounted single motor.
