The AMG G63 4×4 Squared stands out as Mercedes‘ most unconventional model currently available. However, Mansory has undertaken a striking transformation of this rugged SUV, resulting in a visually divisive Gronos 4×4. This customised version showcases an imposing body kit complete with widened fenders and a carbon fibre hood, all meticulously designed for improved aerodynamics, preserving the G’s iconic boxy shape.

Exterior

Beyond the fundamental changes, the exterior enhancements encompass the addition of four supplementary roof lights, a rear-mounted carbon fibre spare wheel cover, and an abundance of vents that seemingly defy the limits of a G-Class. Setting this audacious creation apart from the “ordinary” AMG G63 4×4 Squared is the inclusion of a roof-edge spoiler and a distinctive rear bumper guard.

Carbon fibre reigns supreme in the exterior’s composition, adorning the side mirror caps, turn signal bases, air intakes, and wheel arches.

Available as an option, the extravagant AMG G63 4×4 Squared from Mansory is equipped with 22-inch forged wheels and 325/55 R22 Pirelli tyres suitable for all terrains on both axles.

Interior

The interior boasts a white and blue leather finish, featuring a unique headliner-mounted start/stop button and rear seating comprising individual seats separated by a central console. The door panels are adorned with numerous concealed LEDs, creating a captivating starlit ambiance.

Powertrain

Under the hood, substantial modifications have been made to the twin-turbo 4.0-liter engine, boosting its output to a staggering 850 horsepower and 738 pound-feet (1,000 Newton-meters) of torque. This enhancement propels the AMG G63 4×4 Squared by Mansory from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just four and a half seconds. At full throttle, this Mansory-tuned powerhouse will achieve a top speed of 130 mph (210 km/h), limited electronically.

Price

While the price remains undisclosed, it’s worth noting that only ten units will be produced, and the base vehicle, with its portal axles, carries a price tag of approximately $350,000. In summary, the Gronos 4×4 is unquestionably a luxurious and exclusive investment.
