The Range Rover Velar, Land Rover’s sleek and compact SUV, has been a staple of the brand’s lineup since 2018. Despite its age, the Velar remains a stunning vehicle, thanks to a series of updates and overhauls over the years that have kept its style fresh and modern.
For the 2024 model year, the Velar undergoes a substantial refresh, both inside and out. On the outside, the new Velar boasts updated headlights and taillights, a restyled grille, and a redesigned rear bumper, resulting in a subtle yet noticeable transformation. Additionally, two new color options – Metallic Varesine Blue and Premium Metallic Zadar Gray – add even more flair to the already stylish vehicle.
Step inside the Velar, however, and the changes become more pronounced. The previous two-screen setup has been replaced by a single, stunning “floating” 11.4-inch curved glass touchscreen display, which dominates the center of the dash and runs the latest version of Land Rover’s Pivi Pro software. The result is a cleaner and more modern cabin, complemented by three new leather color options (Cloud, Raven Blue, and Deep Garnet) and additional chrome trim at various places inside.
Under the hood, the Velar stays the course, offering two powertrain options: a 247-hp turbo 2.0-liter in the P250 models and a potent 395-hp turbo 3.0-liter V6 assisted by a 48-volt hybrid tech in the P400.
Prices for the 2024 Velar jumped up across the board, starting at $62,775 for the S P250, $64,875 for the Dynamic SE P250, $71,875 for the Dynamic SE P400, and $79,675 for the Dynamic HSE P400. The new Velar is available for order now and is sure to turn heads with its striking style and sophisticated technology.
