Nissan showed us the production version of its beloved Z in August last year but didn’t reveal its price. We have long been waiting for it and that wait is finally over as the 370Z successor now has got its pricing stickers.
The 2023 Nissan Z will cost at least $39,990 (entry-level Sport variant), excluding $1,025 destination and handling charges. If we analyse this price against the Supra, the Z is $11,900 cheaper than the 3.0 and $3,550 less expensive than the 2.0, which makes the tiny sports car a great bargain.
The coupe sports car from Nissan comes in six-speed manual and nine-speed automatic transmissions, both available at the same price. The mid-level Z Performance model is $10,000 more expensive than the Sport, costing $49,990.
The higher price brings more goodies such as a mechanical limited-slip differential, 19-inch Rays wheels, and bigger brakes. The interior also gets premium facilities such as heated seats covered in leather, an eight-speaker Bose sound system, and a nine-inch display rather than the regular eight-inch screen.
The 2023 Nissan Z Performance with manual transmission comes with a rev-matching setup, heated mirrors, and aluminum pedals. Furthermore, it offers Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
If you want the Z with all bells and whistles and a touch of exclusiveness, you have to act fast. The range-topping Proto Spec Edition is limited to just 240 units for the U.S., starting at $52,990. Besides getting a plague signifying its special importance, the Z Proto has tailored exterior and interior elements as a signal to the Z prototype. This special edition comes equipped with 19-inch wheels with a bronze finish coupled with yellow brake calipers. The rear-wheel-drive sports car features Ikazuchi Yellow and similar yellow accents in the interior.
The 2023 Nissan Z Sport and Performance are accessible in various two-tone shades costing between $895 and $1,695 (for Passion Red TriCoat finish). Besides these shades, Nissan offers an array of accessories to adorn your sporty coupe. Below you will find some options Nissan offers for the New Z.
