The luxury division of Honda unveiled the 2023 Acura Integra last month. At its debut, one of the spokespersons from Acura said that Integra’s price will be around $30,000. Now the company has revealed the pricing details and it starts at $31,895. This price comprises the compulsory destination charge of $1,095.

Engine

So, what should you expect from the new Integra? Acura offers just one engine choice i.e. a 1.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder, which we also find in the Honda Civic Si. The mill generates 200 horsepower (149 kilowatts) and 192 pound-feet (260 Newton-meters) of torque.

Tech

The automaker fitted a 10.2-inch digital instrument display and a 7.0-inch centre infotainment screen in all the models along with a wide range of driver assistance and safety features, which are part of the AcuraWatch system. That even consists of traffic jam assist in trim levels equipped with the CVT. Interestingly, the CVT is the standard transmission while the manual is optional.

Integra Manual

Aficionados will naturally go for the six-speed manual gearbox but that would require them to buy the upper-level A-Spec model. However, the A-Spec trim will still not get them the manual until they opt for the Technology Package. In money terms, the manual will require you to dish out at least $36,895.

As you upgrade to A-Spec with Technology Package, you will also benefit from a bigger infotainment screen, a heads-up display, an advanced stereo, a sport-tuned suspension with adaptive dampers, and different drive modes. This Integra model even gets a limited-slip differential for controlling power at the front wheels. Bear in mind that the Integra A-Spec with Technology Package is the range-topping trim in the lineup.

Price

Below is the price comparison of different variants in the Integra squad. Understand that six-speed manual transmission does not cost you extra money for the A-Spec w/Technology Package, rather it comes in the Tech bundle.

Acura Integra vs. Honda Civic Si

Comparing the Integra with the Civic Si, both have the same powertrain but the Honda’s offering is less expensive at $28,315. That said, the Honda is accessible in sedan layout only while the Integra is a five-door hatchback model. The Si also does not come with adaptive dampers or drive modes, in addition to different tech improvements such as the heads-up display.

The 2023 Integra offers buyers Acura’s maintenance program that encompasses select factory-arranged service calls for the first 24 months or 24,000 miles of ownership.

The 2023 Acura Integra should be available for customers from June. The availability in the GCC is still not confirmed yet.
