Motorists would feel happy at the petrol stations at the start of New Year as the fuel price committee has decreased UAE fuel prices for January 2022. Overall, the prices took a dip of Dh0.12-0.13 per litre.
· Super 98 petrol will sell at Dh2.65 per litre (Dh2.77 right now), a decrease of 12 fils.
· Special 95 will stand at Dh2.53 per litre (Dh2.66 currently), down by 13 fils.
· The price of E-Plus 91 dipped to Dh2.46 per litre (Dh2.58 this month)
· Diesel will sell at Dh2.56 per litre (Dh2.77 presently) with a steep reduction of 21 fils.
It is the second successive month we are seeing a drop in fuel prices in the UAE. For December, the prices were cut by just 3 fils compared to the previous month.
