The sports car fans would be happy to know that the 2022 Subaru BRZ is coming with more power. The automaker now has revealed the prices and the power the new BRZ will deliver. The good news is the entry-level model is now less expensive than the outgoing BRZ. It starts at $27,995 without destination charges.

For this price, the entry-level BRZ Premium comes with a six-speed manual transmission and a host of striking features such as Torsen limited-slip differential, LED headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels, a seven-inch digital instrument panel, Subaru’s Starlink 8.0-inch infotainment screen, stability control with an exclusive track mode, and more. Opting for the six-speed automatic bumps the price to $29,595. On the other hand, the flagship BRZ Limited costs $30,495 with the manual transmission and $32,295 with the auto.

Bear in mind, these prices do not contain Subaru’s delivery fee of $960. We have a table for you to see the prices of different variants including their delivery charges.

2022 Subaru BRZ Trim Level Transmission MSRP (Including $960 Destination)
BRZ Premium Six-speed manual $28,955
BRZ Premium Six-speed automatic $30,555
BRZ Limited Six-speed manual $31,455
BRZ Limited Six-speed automatic $33,255

Coming back to the 2022 Subaru BRZ, the loaded Limited variant features extra equipment including 18-inch alloys with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 summer tires, blind-spot monitoring with lane-change assist and cross-traffic alert. The buyers will also be able to enjoy Subaru’s Starlink system and Ultrasuede materials with leather trim.

You should know that the current BRZ’s base model is Limited. The new entry-level model is now Premium, which is though cheaper, does come with limited equipment. On the other hand, the new Limited is $1,650 costlier than before, but it offers extra oomph and better facilities. Nevertheless, we feel those who love a pure sports car would be happy to drive the affordable Premium.

The 2022 Subaru BRZ will hit the roads in the last quarter of this year.
