Same as last month, motorists in the UAE again have to dish out more to fill up their fuel tanks in the month of July. The UAE fuel prices for July 2021 are as follows:
Super 98 now sells at Dh2.47 per litre (a 9 fils increase), while Special 95 costs Dh2.35 a litre (an 8 fils increase compared to June).
E-Plus 91 has also witnessed a similar rise as Super 98. It now sells at Dh2.28 a litre (previously Dh2.19). Diesel’s price sees the biggest hike – from Dh2.30 to Dh2.42 a litre, a bump of 12 fils.
The UAE government held the fuel prices for 11 successive months until February 2021. However, due to improved economic activity across the world, the prices are rising now.
The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and associates managed by Russia, meet today to decide if they want to ease the curbs or leave the output unchanged.
