Maserati has partnered with the fashion designer and DJ Hiroshi Fujiwara and his streetwear marque Fragment to develop two new limited edition models of Ghibli. Named the Operanera and Operabianca, the Italian automaker will create only 175 of these.

Operanera sports gloss and opaque black finishes while Operabianca is polished with gloss white and opaque black. For now, we can only see one model and that too in pictures.

The press release says that both have body-coloured door handles, 20-inch matte black wheels, Fragment logo, and the marque’s logo on the C-pillar.

One very odd design detail is a code under the ducts. It writes M157110519FRG, which is Maserati’s Ghibli ID code, the meeting day of Maserati with Fujiwara (November 5,  2019), and an abbreviation for Fragment.

The interior is available in a combination of leather and Alcantara. You can also see the contrasting silver inserts on the vertical stitching and the Maserati logo on the headrests.

We didn’t receive any information regarding the price of Operanera or Operabianca, neither we know anything about deliveries. Stay tuned for more updates.
