The 2022 Toyota GR 86 was first unveiled two month’s back and now the sports coupe has started its advertising trip with the first stop at the 2021 Good Festival of Speed.

The GR 86 won’t be sitting idle rather it will ascent the Goodwood’s Hillclimb course. The dynamic debut will display the vehicle’s handling and abilities. The visitors will also be able to see the 2022 Toyota GR 86 closely.

If you didn’t follow the debut earlier, you should know that the new GR 86 has got lots of upgrades. The changes start from the exterior and they go deep under the hood and cabin.

The power comes from a new 2.4-litre flat-four engine generating 228 horsepower (170 kilowatts) and 184 pound-feet (249 Newton-meters) of torque. The previous model was carrying a 2.0-litre mill. With the new engine, the 2+2 sports coupe can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour (96 kilometres per hour) in 6.1 seconds – it is 0.9 seconds faster than the previous model.

More details will be revealed soon. However, for real fun, you should attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed at the Goodwood House grounds in West Sussex. The event will begin from July 8 to 11.
