The German tuner Brabus is known for its exceptionally powerful and visually aesthetic creations. Their latest project is Brabus 900 Rocket Edition, made on the Mercedes G63 (previously they made one on AMG G63 S). The tuner basically calls it a “limited-edition supercar,” and the power figures seem to complement their claim. The company will create only 25 examples of this vehicle wearing a price tag of €571,270, including VAT!
The new Brabus 900 Rocket comes equipped with a 4.5L twin-turbo V8 mill creating a whopping 900 horsepower (662 kilowatts) and an enormous 922 pound-feet (1,250 Newton-meters) of torque. However, Brabus restrained the torque to 774 lb-ft (1050 Nm) for the drivetrain’s safety.
With this power, the 900 Rocket can hit 100 km/h in only 3.7 seconds and top out at 280 km/h (174 mph). Of course, it can go even quicker, but tyres do not support speed beyond that.
Apart from the updated powertrain, the Brabus 900 Rocket Edition comes with a host of visual enhancements. You can find the changes in the gallery below. The changes comprise a rear spoiler, dominant new bumpers, a big hood scoop, huge 24-inch wheels, and so on.
The meticulousness looks mind-blowing inside too where we can find black leather seats and carbon fibre elements on the dashboard, centre console, and door panels.
