Toyota has added yet another Nightshade variant in its lineup and this time it is available for the legendary Prius. Toyota recently teased the Prius Nightshade in a teaser video showing us very few details of the hybrid. However, considering other Nightshade models, we can tell what you should expect from this new model.
The Prius Nightshade is the tenth model in the Nightshade range. The automaker previously introduced it for 4Runner, Avalon, CH-R, Camry, Corolla, Corolla Hatchback, Sequoia, Tacoma, and Tundra. All these versions come with a blacked-out exterior with individual shades.
The video displays Prius boasting an all-black look, a Toyota emblem on the boot lid, and a black finished exterior.
Seeing other Nightshade models, we can safely say the Prius Nightshade will have black Toyota logos and badges, hopefully, new wheels, some black exterior accents, and a few interior upgrades. We may also see it has a different front grille or a rear diffuser.
Toyota didn’t reveal the pricing details of the Prius Nightshade yet. However, keeping in view the price of C-HR Nightshade, it will be around $3,000 more expensive than the base C-HR.
