Nissan introduced the Leaf EV in the last month of 2010 and claimed it the first mass-produced EV of the world. To commemorate its ten years of success, the automaker has produced Nissan Leaf10 Special Edition, boasting modern design and tech to attract new EV buyers.
The 2021 Nissan Leaf10 Special Edition takes inspiration from its electric sibling Ariya. On the outside, we see complex Kumiko decoration on the wing mirrors, roofline, and trunk. We can also find the Leaf10 badge on the C-pillar.
The interior is armed with advanced tech starting from in-car Wi-Fi hotspot capable of running 4G internet and hosting up to seven devices. Moreover, the electric car will feature valued ProPILOT and e-Pedal technologies.
“Our iconic model has attracted over 180,000 motorists across Europe. We hope that with its enhanced styling features and latest technologies such as In-Car Wi-Fi and its remote functions including lock and unlock capabilities to receive packages; LEAF can continue to excite those who are just starting their EV journey,” remarks Helen Perry, Chief Marketing Manager of Electric Passenger Cars & Infrastructure at Nissan Europe.
The 2021 Nissan Leaf10 Special Edition will hit the roads in Europe this month. We do not know if the company plans to introduce it in the UAE.
