The Japanese automaker Aspark officially introduced the all-electric Owl hypercar last year and now it has reached the US shores. The zero-emission hypercar will soon be available at new dealerships in Europe and the Middle East, as well. The company plans to develop 50 units with 20 each destined for Europe and the Middle East/Asia. It means only 10 will be on sale in North America.

Talking about the specs, the Aspark Owl has an electric powertrain that enables it to hit 96 kilometers per hour in 1.72 seconds and top out at 450 km (249 mph). A run from zero to 300 kph (189 mph) should take only 10.6 seconds. The company has fitted a 64-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery offering a range of 450 km (280 miles). The four electric motors collectively generate 1,985 horsepower (1,475 kilowatts) and 1,475 pound-feet (2,000 Newton-meters) of torque.

The Aspark Owl is an aerodynamic hypercar having a height of only 38.97 inches (99 centimeters). The ample use of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic aimed at making it lightweight. As obvious, it is not cheap; it wears a price tag of €2.9 million (around $3.56 million).
