Hyundai introduced the facelifted Santa Fe in October and now we have got the pricing details from the price analysis site, CarsDirect. Since the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe has received substantial updates, a bump in the price was always on the cards.

According to CarsDirect, the standard SE trim will cost buyers $28,025, which is $575 more than the outgoing model selling at $27,450 in the US and AED 95,340 in the UAE.

The Calligraphy trim, which has joined the lineup for 2021 MY, will start at $43,475. Comparing it to the present range-topping Limited Trim with AWD ($40,750), that’s a huge $2,725 rise. Bear in mind all the prices include the destination fee.

We should also understand that this price hike comes with a range of changes. We are talking about the new platform, modern looks, better performance, and more safety tech. Hyundai has even introduced the hybrid Santa Fe, which will be the first SUV from Hyundai to use a hybrid powertrain.

The powertrain includes a 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-four, a 13-kW starter-generator, and a 44-kW electric motor. When all these work in tandem, they generate 225 horsepower (168 kilowatts) and 195 pound-feet (264 Newton-meters) of torque.

Expect to see the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe on the road before the end of this year. The Korean-developed 2021 Santa Fe hybrid will hit the dealerships in the Q1 of 2021. We also heard about the plug-in-hybrid variant, however, we do not know when it will arrive.
