The Nissan Kicks replaced the Juke in the US two years ago and the subcompact crossover is now going to get its facelift for the 2021 model year. The Japanese automaker recently shared a teaser image of the 2021 Nissan Kicks, which will officially debut on December 8.
Although the Kicks was revealed for Thailand in May with a hybrid setup, we are not sure whether the same powertrain will debut for the US or not. The automaker didn’t give any hint on this.
Seeing the available 2021 Nissan Kicks, it has a big V-Motor grille and thinner headlights giving the crossover a bolder look. At the rear, Nissan has updated the taillights and made some small changes, as well. Inside, we can find some tweaks in the greenhouse and a bigger infotainment display compared to the outgoing model.
That’s all we know about the new Kicks. Whether we will have the same design as offered to Thai customers or not, is still a mystery. Also, we want to see if the Kicks will sustain its pricing champion crown by having the most competitive price tag in the subcompact crossover segment for the 2021 model.
For reference, the 2020 Kicks starts at AED 63,500 here in the UAE.
