The 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 is here to compete against its rival Ford Bronco. First unveiled in concept form in summer, this is the first factory-V8-powered Wrangler in four decades.
The highly capable offroader retains the same 6.4L naturally aspirated Hemi V8 engine as was introduced in the 392 Concept. However, the power is bumped from 450 horsepower to 470 hp. With the 470-pound feet of torque, the Wrangler can cover 96 km/h in 4.5 seconds and hit a quarter-mile in only 13 seconds. The engine gets assistance from an eight-speed auto with paddle shifters, which is first for the Wrangler.
In the offroading segment, the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 excels tremendously. We are talking about increased ride height, upgraded frame rails and suspension, heavy-duty brakes, standard 33-inch tires and so much more.
Besides, it offers four drive modes (4WD Auto, 4WD High, Neutral, and 4WD Low) to make your off-roading adventures more fun.
Other than the new exterior design, the interior also benefits from a new instrument cluster, leather trim, the Infotainment Group, Safety, and Advanced Safety Groups, body-colored hardtop, and lots of other options.
No words regarding the price, but we expect it to be the most expensive Wrangler. The deliveries should start in the first quarter of 2021.
