Al Nabooda Automobiles, Audi’s authorized supplier in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has started offering 2020 Audi E-Tron Sportback 55 Quattro, the new addition to the all-electric lineup mixing the practicality of a roomy SUV with the grace of a four-door coupe. The e-Tron arrived in the UAE last year and we gave a first drive review of the zero-emission car (watch our review).
The SUV coupe delivers up to 300 kW of power and 664Nm of torque. It can zoom to 100 km/h from zero in only 5.7 seconds. Audi says it provides a range of up to 446 kilometers (in the WLTP cycle) on a single charge.
The vehicle can be charged in two ways. For long journeys, the driver can use direct current (DC) 150 kW outlets. These can juice up 80% of the battery in just 30 minutes. The other option is a 240-volt household outlet that can charge it fully in around 10 hours.
Get inside and we see the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, the dual MMI touchscreens, and other controls borrowed from the Q8. The Sportback is an exceptionally quiet place to be in. CarandDriver notes a low 63 decibels inside at a constant 70 mph.
The starting price for the 2020 Audi E-Tron Sportback is Dh456,750.
