Jeep is going to celebrate 8 decades of its existence in style by introducing 80th anniversary special edition models for its whole line up. All the six anniversary models will receive the new 8.4-inch Uconnect system, a memorial badge, and a Granite Crystal finish for the wheels.
The cheapest of all, the Renegade 80th Anniversary Edition costs $27,595 while others follow as Compass ($29,695), Cherokee ($33,805), Wrangler ($35,990 and $39,490 for Unlimited), Gladiator ($41,740), and Grand Cherokee ($44,335). All prices are exclusive of destination charges.
Talking about the visual tweaks in the most affordable Renegade 80th Anniversary Edition, it gets 19-inch wheels with a Granite Crystal finish, dual-zone automatic climate control, Berber floor mats, a black headliner, and anodized gunmetal accents.
The Compass and Cherokee, both come with 18-inch alloys, leather seats, remote start, a black headliner, and the power front seats with lumbar support for the Cherokee.
The visual packs differ for each model. The Wrangler adds a Neutral Gray Metallic finish for the grille bezels, headlamp rings, fog lamp bezels, body-colored fenders, 18-inch wheels, black diamond-embossed cloth seats, remote start, and Light Tungsten accents.
All six 80th anniversary special edition models will hit the US dealerships before the end of this year boasting the Jeep Wave premium service customer care program.
Will they be available for the UAE market? We have no news about it yet.
