The consumers in the UAE will pay the same for Petrol and Diesel in June as they were in May 2020. As the government is easing the lockdown and allowing businesses to reopen, roads are getting busier. The good news for residents is that they do not have to pay extra as the oil demands increase in the country. The Ministry of Energy and Industry announced flat prices for May after a 10% decline in April. The UAE fuel price for June 2020 are:
- Super 98: Dh1.91
- Special 95: Dh1.80
- Diesel: Dh2.06

Oil prices have been deteriorating around the world due to the closure of economic activities. However, with the Opec+ agreement to curb production and ease of lockdowns in some parts of the world, the prices are climbing. Both Brent and WTI are scaling around $34 per barrel.
While the UAE fuel prices for June 2020 remained unchanged, the prices in Saudi Arabia plunged significantly. The cost of fuel is cut by nearly 50% to 0.67 riyals (Dh0.66) per liter for Super 91 from 1.31 riyals per liter.
