The Abu Dhabi Police have activated radars and smart monitoring systems across the city to catch violators of the National Sterilization Program. According to the Abu Dhabi Media Office, any motorist who will break coronavirus imposed constraints will be fined Dh2,000.

The radar devices and smart systems will be active between 10 pm and 6 am. Any motorist found outside during these hours without a valid reason will be caught by the radars. And, the system will issue an automatic fine to the violators.

Besides, the Police will tour the whole city to ensure people abide by the limitations forced under the National Sterilization Program.

People are only allowed to leave their homes to buy medical supplies, visit a hospital, or purchase essential food items. They need to maintain a safe distance with others and ensure wearing masks and gloves all the time.
