The Korean automaker has unveiled the Hyundai Prophecy concept car lately, which expresses the automaker’s Sensuous Sportiness design personality. The styling hints at the Hyundai’s future design language. The good thing about the new styling is Hyundai’s intentions to transfer it to the new models genuinely unlike many other automakers that just showcase radical features to spark the interest of audiences.

For instance, Hyundai introduced i-oniq at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show boasting company’s new signature Cascading Grille. The concept spawned the Hyundai IONIQ, which came in 2016 as the world’s first car with three electrified powertrains.

Intrado

Similarly, the company introduced Intrado concept at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, which inspired the styling of the Hyundai Kona. The first subcompact in the company’s arsenal, the Kona came in 2017.

Other famous concepts Hyundai introduced, later on, include 2016 RN 30 (its styling elements were transferred to the i30N and i30N TCR), 2017 FE Fuel Cell, 2018 Le Fil Rouge (styling elements transferred to 8th-Gen Sonata and 7th-Gen Elantra), 2019 “45”, 2019 Vision T and finally the 2020 Hyundai Prophecy, which includes the flat curves and flowing lines with almost no sharp angles or rigid edges. The new personification of Sensuous Sportiness features a zero-emissions powertrain, and an exclusive air filtration system. The good news is the automaker will take it to production.
