The whole service will be contactless including vehicle pick-up and drop-off to limit social interaction.
As the government has started a 24-hour sterilization campaign to defeat COVID-19, residents are advised to stay at home all the time. This service ensures that all GM customers in the UAE have a well-maintained vehicle for any errand they have to complete.

After the service is booked, a technician from the company will visit the customer, load the vehicle on a flat-bed truck, and take it to the nearby Al Ghandi Auto service center. After the servicing, the technician will drop the car off at the same place from where he picked it. The company will make sure they sanitize the whole vehicle before the drop-off.
