The 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon will mesmerize the audience with amazing concepts and custom vehicles. We have already heard announcements from Suzuki, Daihatsu, and Subaru, and now Mitsubishi has revealed the custom vehicles they are going to showcase at the show. All Mitsubishi custom vehicles are based on the production models.
Among the seven Mitsubishi custom vehicles, the first is Delica D:5 crossover minivan. Available in two versions, both will carry a 2.2L diesel engine sending power to all the wheels.
The other most prominent model on the show will be the Outlander PHEV NERV – a modified version of the Outlander PHEV. It is designed to provide disaster relief in the devastated areas. The salient features of this vehicle are a distinct exterior wrap, Toyo Open Country R/T all-terrain tires, and KYMETA u7 planar satellite antenna.
Remember the Mitsubishi eK Wagon kei car? The automaker has tweaked it to bring Cross Wild Beast Concept. It is a rugged vehicle with a modish roof rack and tailored body wrap. Another interesting vehicle is the Eclipse Cross Weekend Explore Specification.
We hope to see some of the features used on these vehicles to become a part of the production vehicles from Mitsubishi.
