Thanks to the popularity of the 2019 Continental with rear suicide doors, Lincoln is again going to offer Continental Coach Door Edition for 2020MY. The automaker made 80 units of 2019 edition only, which were sold out in just two days. The 2020 Lincoln Continental Coach Door Edition will also be limited – just 150 units. The automaker has opened its order book, so hurry up if you fancy this stylish luxury sedan.

The 2020 Lincoln Continental Coach Door Edition carries a 3.0L V6 twin-turbo engine generating 400-hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. The power goes to all the wheels. Built on the Continental Black Label trim, the Coach Door Edition is $38,470 costlier than the former. The starting price tag is $115,470.

Lincoln is offering the luxury sedan in Infinite Black, Pristine White Metallic, and Chroma Crystal Blue exterior paints. On the inside, customers can choose between Alpine / Chalet theme and a Jet Black / Thoroughbred theme. However, the latter isn’t available with the blue exterior paint.

As the name implies, the biggest highlight of this car is its suicide doors. But that’s not all! There are plenty of changes inside that make it a worthwhile purchase. These include a big center console with two holders for a tablet or any other similar device, a wireless charging pad, and two USB ports and a 110V power outlet at the rear. Additionally, the Coach Door Edition differs from the standard model in unique badging on the rear center console, illuminated rear-door sills, and a secured pass-through storage compartment.

As said earlier, Lincoln is accepting orders, and it will continue to do so throughout this month. The customers who order now will have their prized possession in the next spring.
