If you are planning to leave for a holiday, make sure you clean your car first. Leaving dirty cars at public parking spaces can cost Dh500 fine. Dubai Municipality says we should not “tarnish the aesthetic appearance of the city.”
In this regard, the authority will search for deserted vehicles with signs of damages and dirt. A car left for an extended period will undoubtedly be unkempt. Upon identification of such a car, the Dubai Municipality officer will first put a notice on the windshield, giving the owner 15 days to wash the car.
