Situated in Sheikha Salama Building, Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi, the showroom was inaugurated with the support of HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mabarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and David Aldcroft, Head of Network Development of Lotus Cars Ltd. The event attracted a number of respected guests, existing and potential customers, important media personalities and the Lotus UAE senior officials.
The new Lotus Cars showroom has the capacity to display 8 cars. The management will hand-pick the vehicles for display considering the likeness of customers in the UAE. At the opening ceremony, Adamas Motors showcased limited-edition Lotus 3-Eleven 430 sporting black and gold livery.
David Aldcroft, Head of Network Development at Lotus Cars Ltd stated, “We are delighted to launch this new showroom in the capital of the UAE with Adamas Motors, representing another milestone in the growth of the Lotus operation in the region. We appreciate the ongoing commitment to the Lotus brand in the Middle East and are confident that our success will continue, supported by the Lotus dealer network.”
Karl Hamer, Chief Executive Officer of Adamas Motors stated, “We are extremely proud to open the doors to Lotus Abu Dhabi. We are committed to the UAE and to extend our business to the capital shows just that. The Lotus DNA fits perfectly to Adamas Motors’ business platform, specializing in prestige and performance vehicles, and being committed to providing UAE customers with an unrivaled motoring and ownership experience. These showrooms and service facilities have been built for the needs of our discerning customers.”
“I’m so pleased to be working with this wonderful brand in the UAE. What attracted me is the tremendous history and goodwill for the brand today and the plans for the development of the brand in the future. This started just over a week ago at the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show with the announcement of the new Lotus Type 130, the first all-electric hypercar from a British manufacturer which is to be revealed later this year. Relationship is everything and we will ensure that our customers, manufacturers and our employees experience a business that they are proud to be associated with,” added Karl Hamer.
The new Lotus Cars showroom dedicates a private place for customers giving them an opportunity to configure their Lotus as per their likeness. Apart from it, it has a customer lounge where they can comfortably sit and have a cup of coffee.
The existing Lotus customers would be happy to bring their cars for servicing at this advanced facility. The company also offers collection of customer’s vehicles from their home or office giving them a peace of mind and best ownership experience.
