Maserati is coming at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show with a lot of surprises. The star of the show will be the Levante Trofeo Launch Edition, which is a limited edition SUV. In another debut, Maserati is introducing new interiors in PELLETESSUTA™, which is a unique fresh material created by Ermenegildo Zegna. Maserati will also display a GranTurismo MC (Maserati Corse) sporting Grigio Lava Matte finish. The Italian automaker is also going to start its personalization unit. In this regard, they will showcase a one-off model created for a specific customer.
Talking about the Maserati Levante Trofeo Launch Edition, only 100 units will be created. The car on the show will sport Blu Emozione Matte paint. Other exclusive paints will include Giallo Modenese and Rosso Magma. On the inside, it features sports seats with a premium full-grain “Pieno Fiore” natural leather, and a “Trofeo” symbol stitched on the headrest.
The Levante Trofeo will carry a powerful 3.8 liter Twin Turbo V8 paired with the eight-speed ZF automatic and Q4 Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system. The sporty vehicle generates 580 hp at 6,250 rpm and 730 Nm of torque, enabling it to hit 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. The top speed is limited to around 300 km/h.
Other prominent models on display will include a Levante S Q4 GranSport in an exclusive trim, the Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 GranLusso with Blu Sofisticato body paint, and two Maserati Ghibli S Q4 (GranSport and GranLusso trims).
