The UAE Ministry of Energy and Industry has increased the fuel prices October 2018.
The Super 98 will sell at Dh2.59 per liter (currently at Dh2.61 per liter), while the Special 95 will cost Dh2.50 (currently at Dh2.48 per liter). The price for diesel got a big jump; it will cost Dh2.76 now (currently Dh2.64 per liter).

As the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) couldn’t make big improvements in the production, the prices are hiking around the world. Additionally, the increase in price is due to Washington’s planned sanctions on the Iran’s petroleum industry.
