The American automaker devised this cost-effective care program where car owners can benefit from scheduled car maintenance in just one hour. The elaborate program saves customers time and unnecessary stress and provides the convenience. The customers can book an upkeep session and get an appointed within 48 hours.

Following feedback from Chevrolet owners by investing in research to understand their needs, we were one of the first in the region to launch a comprehensive aftersales program in 2011 which we further enhanced in 2015 under Chevrolet Complete Care. The Chevrolet Complete Care program is an expansion of their exclusive aftersales program crafted in 2011 to deliver superior customer service. The brand aims to provide the clients in the Middle East region with added comfort and a seamless auto service experience through their One-Hour Maintenance feature. As part of the ‘Chevrolet Complete Care’ pledge, every vehicle booked for a scheduled maintenance is dealt by a team of two or more dedicated service technicians to ensure quality, timely upkeep, easy accessibility and use of original parts.
Customers can also enjoy different amenities at the service center lounge such as food & drinks, Wi-Fi, and entertainment while their vehicle is being serviced. Most service centers also offer test drives for new Chevrolet cars and dedicated receiving from the sales representative upon arrival. Additionally, the Chevrolet Complete Care program also provides transparent costing, four-year roadside assistance and the opportunity to select menu pricing options for service.
