The 2019 Hennessey Heritage Edition Ford Mustang gets a special place in Hennessey Performance Engineering’s history. It is the company’s 10,000th build. Hennessey has applied their HPE800 upgrade to the car, which is tailor-made to fit the latest Ford Mustang GT. The special edition will only have 19 examples.
The exterior of the Mustang gets a distinctive livery and a number of carbon fiber highlights that include the side skirts, front splitters, rear spoiler and engine coilpack covers.
The suspension has been tailored to ensure stability at high speeds, while 20-inch wheels have been added to give the car a dominant look. Each wheel gets the famous Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Behind the wheels is Brembo braking system that consists a 15.1-inch rotor.
Underneath the hood is the stock 5.0-liter V8 engine which gets assistance from a 3.0-liter supercharger for more power. The upgrade takes the power output of the Mustang to 808 horsepower and 677 lb-ft torque, which helps the car rush from 0-62 mph in 3.3 seconds on its way to a top speed of 200 mph.
The 2019 Hennessey Heritage Edition Ford Mustang will cost $89,950.
