Mulliner has created a customized limited edition Mulsanne W.O that has been made to honor the company’s founder and his 1930’s design of the same car. The Mulsanne by Mulliner will have only 100 examples and each of them will be unique as each car will have a sliver of W.O Bentley’s personal Muslanne’s crankshaft.
Mulliner has decided to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Bentley after having a hard look at Bentley’s 99-year history. The Mulsanne W.O is, therefore, a piece of art which can be bought with any of Mulsanne’s original three trims. Common among all three models is a two-toned interior cut from Heritage Hide, gallant Beluga black wheels, and a strikingly beautiful cocktail cabinet which adorns a sliver of W.O.’s personal 8 Liter crankshaft placed into the armrest.
Inside the cabin, a number of exquisite materials have been used from wood to leather to make the car as charming as possible. The styling has been done keeping in mind the class of Bentley and the heritage of W.O Bentley. The engine, on the other hand, is the 7,983 cc six-cylinder originally found in the Mulsanne of 1930’s.
Fans would be able to view the Mulsanne W.O at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in late August, with deliveries starting in 2019.
