Next year, Bentley will be celebrating its 100th anniversary, and the company has kicked off celebrations by releasing a short film ‘An Extraordinary Grand Tour: The Story of Bentley’ highlighting the legacy of the Bentley brand. Bentley came into being 10th July 1919 and so the film will show W.O Bentley’s achievements from making their first car to their latest Continental GT.
The film is not short of any Hollywood shenanigans as the director has made use of archived images and artistic motion graphics to narrate Bentley’s story to the world. The film starts off with the founder W.O Bentley handling an aluminum paperweight and then the film artistically shifts to tell the story of Bentley’s innovation and progress. The film also shows Bentley Brothers and Girls, the Le-Mans ‘Blower’ and Speed 8 along with Woolf Barnato who won a famous race for Bentley.
The entire film is shot using the 4K Alexa Mini camera produced by the famous production house ‘The Mill’. Bentley’s 100th anniversary film is available on Bentley’s website.
