Aston Martin is on its way to introduce at least three new vehicles at the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Along with the new vehicles, visitors at the festival (from 12th to 15th July) will be able to witness nine Aston Martins in action. At the top of the three debutants is the much-awaited Super GT – DBS Superleggera.
The Superleggera will not only be displayed at the Supercar paddock where fans could touch and feel the lightweight carbon-fiber body, but it will also be climbing the 1.16-mile hill track. The Super GT has a dual turbocharged V12 engine which produces 725PS and 900NM of torque to take the car to a top speed of 211 mph.
Additionally, the Rapide AMR will be displayed at the First Glance exhibit. The new Rapide is the latest addition to the AMR lineup which is Aston Martin’s performance sub-brand. The Rapide AMR sedan can hit 205 mph with its ferocious engine.
The third debutant is the V12 Vantage V600, which has already been showcased at the Le Mans this year. The car will be seen performing for the first time at Goodwood Festival. Knowing that it will be a limited edition most attendants probably won’t ever see it again in all its glory.
Along with these three cars, Aston Martin is bringing the DB11 AMR, the Volante, the brand-new Vantage, the Vantage GTE and the Vulcan AMR Pro to the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
