Al-Futtaim Toyota and Lexus have been providing excellent customer services and achieving their performance targets for some time now. Their hard work has paid off in form of three awards from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC). TMC honored the official Toyota and Lexus distributors in the UAE with Toyota Outstanding Customer Service Award, the Toyota Marketing Award as well as the Toyota Marketing Award for Excellence for 2017.
These awards were given to Al-Futtaim Toyota and Lexus officials at a special event organized at Al Badia Festival City. The awards were bestowed by Mr. Nobuhiko Murakami, CEO & Senior Managing Officer, East Asia, Oceania & Middle East at TMC.
TMC values customer satisfaction and it’s the organization’s objective to tribute their partners on their efforts.
At the event, Saud Abbasi, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Toyota said: “We are truly honored by this recognition for the way we represent Toyota in the UAE. We are fully committed to our partnership with TMC as we work closely together on the future of mobility in the UAE.”
