The premium automaker Genesis has finally released the Genesis G70 in the Middle-Eastern markets, as we explained before. The luxury sedan has been built to appeal the younger population who need a bit of flavor when it comes to car performance. The G70 becomes part of the elite fleet of Genesis vehicles being offered in the Middle East including the large-sized G90 sedan, the mid-sized G80, and G80 Sport.
The G70 serves as a reminder of the revolutionary changes being made in the Genesis brand to make it more appealing and they are evident from the bold exterior design, a simple yet elegant interior, and two engine options.
The Genesis G70 was earlier displayed at the 2017 Dubai International Motor Show, where a potential release was discussed and customer’s questions about the sedan were answered. As bigger models offered by Genesis hold much significance in the Middle East, we strongly believe the G70 compact car will steal the hearts of customers who were not able to afford the high-end models.
Since the G70 incorporates a new approach brewed with the classic Genesis DNA, it stands strong as a sporty sedan which can make its presence known. The elongated front hood, sleek roofline and dominant alloy rims come together to highlight class and style.
The G70 interior is characterized by user-friendliness; it is simple yet packed with all the essential elements to make the drive effortless. The 8.0-inch infotainment system has Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink. The engine options assert the above claim. The Lambda II 3.3-liter V6 engine shall power the G70 sport and purge out 370 PS of power and 510 Nm of torque taking the car from 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds while the top speed is 270 km/h. The Theta 2.0-liter turbocharged GDI engine produces 252 PS and 353Nm of torque.
The latest safety options are also included inside the Genesis G70 starting off with a strong skeleton on the outside, and seven airbags, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Blind Spot Collision Warning (BCW) and Driver Awareness Warning (DAW) on the inside.
