The new C-Class sedan made its world premiere just a few weeks back and now C-class coupe and cabriolet versions have been announced featuring a number of upgrades including revised design and new interior features.
Talking about the powertrain, the new C-Class Coupe and Cabriolet will boast the new generation four-cylinder petrol engines (M264). The C200 model will be equipped with a 204 horsepower 2.0-liter engine while the C300 will carry a 258-horsepower unit.
The new C-Class AMG variant will be powered by a revamped 3.0-liter V6 engine which now generates 390 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque. The C 43 4Matic Coupe is capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h, whereas the Cabriolet takes 4.8 seconds.
The C 43 4Matic Coupe and Cabriolet also encompass a powerful exterior persona, thanks to the bold AMG radiator grille, new LED headlights, rear lamps, and so on.
The new C-Class also offers the optional ‘Dynamic Body Control’ for an ideal drive on various landscapes. On the inside, it incorporates a new digital cockpit, standard key-less Go function and features like DISTRONIC, cruise control with switches located near the steering wheel and LINGUATRONIC voice controls. The standard multimedia system has two USB ports, SD card reader, Bluetooth connection, and media interface.
Moreover, the new C-Class also offers state-of-the-art driver assistance systems such as Active Distance Control DISTRONIC available with ‘Assistance Package’, Active Brake Assist, Active Steering Assist, and more.
Pricing details of new C-class coupe and cabriolet are currently unknown.
