The 2019 Ford Bullitt was unveiled earlier this year, in January, at the 2018 North American International Auto Show held in Detroit. Ford has now officially opened the booking windows for the incredible looking sports car and released its accurate performance specs. The Bullitt will cost $46,595 with an extra $900 as delivery charges.

At the car’s release, Ford claimed the Bullitt would produce at least 475 horsepower, and now Ford has confirmed the sports car will purge 480 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque using its 5.0-liter V8 engine special thanks to the Shelby GT350’s intake manifold, engine tuning, and 87mm throttle body. The Bullitt has 20 more horses than the 2018 Mustang GT and is 8 mph faster with a top speed of 163 mph.

The European buyers are in bad luck as the Bullitt, showcased in the Geneva Motor Show, for the European market will not carry the same performance specs announced by Ford. Instead, the European Bullitt will be capable of 457 hp and 320 lb-ft of torque, which is certainly not less power by any standards, however, compared to the US model it is a drastic fall.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of iconic movie “Bullitt” and its fan-favorite San Francisco car chase, Ford introduces the new cool and powerful 2019 Mustang Bullitt.

The 2019 Ford Bullitt will start rolling out of Ford factories by this summer. However, it is still unknown if it will be introduced for the UAE market.
