Cadillac is in process of implementing its global transformation strategy and is taking some key steps to upgrade the customer experience. A few months back, the brand launched the construction phase of the first Cadillac boutique showroom in Fahaheel and now another ceremony has taken place to mark the start of construction for the new Cadillac flagship dealership facility in Kuwait.
The ceremony was attended by officials from Cadillac Alghanim and Cadillac Middle East. Talking at the event, Christian Soemmer, Managing Director of Cadillac Middle East, said that it’s a pleasure to see that the global transformation strategy is showing the result. He also thanked Yusuf Ahmed Alghanim & Sons for their support.
The new Cadillac flagship dealership facility will be completed by 2020. It will be a three-story establishment, stretched over an area of 4,500 sqm and comprising of a sales showroom which will accommodate over 22 Cadillac vehicles. The facility will also feature a modern service center with ten lift bays and six flat bays, plus valet bays.
Regarding the vehicles, Cadillac plans to launch the XT4 later this year and a new model will be launched in the market every 6 months. A total of five vehicle lines are expected to be introduced in the next two years.
