The new Touring Sciadipersia by Italian automobile coachbuilder, Touring Superleggera, is scheduled to be showcased this week at the Geneva Motor Show. However, the automaker has published the official images giving us a good look at the beautifully designed coupe.
The new Touring Sciadipersia is built on the chassis of Maserati Gran Turismo and boasts a spectacular design. The front fascia features a long hood which stretches toward the grille, while the chrome headlight housing adds to the overall beauty of the coupe.
On the inside, the new Touring Sciadipersia encompasses luxurious leather seats and a standard infotainment display. Overall, the cabin looks similar to how Maserati usually designs its interior. Also, each customer gets a set of customized Foglizzo luggage in the 260-liter boot.
Under the hood, the Touring Sciadipersia carries the Maserati’s 4.7-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine which produces 455 bhp and 520 Nm of torque. Power is distributed to the rear-wheels via six-speed sequential gearbox or a traditional six-speed automatic gearbox.
The overall weight of the car is 1,700 Kg and the official word suggests it can sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds. Only 10 units will be built and the pricing details have not been disclosed yet.
