The 2019 Buick Envision compact crossover has been launched with a number of new cosmetic changes, added technologies, and an upgraded powertrain.

Talking about the design, the 2019 Buick Envision boasts a revised front and rear fascia along with a new set of wheels and updated headlights. New technological amenities include an in-vehicle air ionizer, rear-park assist, an 8-inch diagonal infotainment system, 4G LTE WiFi hotspot, wireless charging, improved hands-free microphone and more. Moreover, the crossover’s braking system, as well as the adaptive cruise control, has been improved.

The standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine remains as it is, whereas, the 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine gains an optional new nine-speed automatic transmission. The engine’s performance has also been improved by 35 lb-ft of torque and the new transmission allows the crossover to reach 60 mph half-second quicker than the 2018 model. It will be available in both front and all-wheel-drive versions.

The best part is that the 2019 Buick Envision costs $2,000 lesser than the outgoing 2018 model. The base model starts from $32,990, whereas, the ‘Preferred’ trim costs $34,495 and is $2,400 cheaper than the 2018 model. The Essence, Premium and Premium II trim cost $36,795, $41,695, $44,595 respectively.
