After releasing the official teasers, the new 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover has been officially showcased in South Korea and is expected to arrive at the dealerships in North America this summer.

The 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Crossover features a similar ‘Cascading grille’ as the Hyundai Kona along with a stretched stance, LED daytime running lights, and LED headlights. The official word suggests the suspension system has been upgraded as well for a smoother ride, whereas an optional self-leveling suspension has been added too, which further refines the ride quality even with heavy cargo on board.

On the inside, the automaker states the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe offers increased space behind the second-row seats and better leg room as well as cargo space. The front dash includes a 7.0-inch display screen as standard, while the AVN 5.0 nav screen with Android Auto and Apple Car Play is available on higher trim levels. Other optional amenities include Qi wireless charging pad and a 12-speaker Infinity audio system with ‘Speed dependent Volume Control’.

The new Santa Fe is also equipped with a number of safety features such as Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist, Blind Spot Detection, a Rear SeatOccupant Alert, and more.

Powering the 2019 Santa Fe will be the base 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine developing 185 horsepower. A 2.0-liter turbo four engine with 232 horsepower and a CRDi turbodiesel engine will be available too.

We cannot confirm at the moment when the new Santa Fe Crossover will arrive here in the Middle East.
