The 88th Geneva International Motor Show is scheduled to take place next month from 8th to 18th March and the German automaker is all set to display the new BMW X4 along with the BMW X2, BMW M3 CS, BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer and the BMW i8 Roadster.
The BMW X4 will be shared with the public for the first time at the Geneva Show. It is a Sports Activity Coupe with a premium luxury interior design, sporty facade and top-of-the-line driver assistance systems including the latest BMW ConnectedDrive functions. BMW has also added new M Sport Suspension, variable sport steering and M Sport brakes.
Talking about the BMW X2, it is also a compact Sports Activity Coupe with a rugged persona similar to the BMW X models. It will be equipped with a six-speed manual gearbox, however, a seven-speed dual-clutch Steptronic transmission and an eight-speed Steptronic transmission will be available as well. Moreover, it will include latest BMW ConnectedDrive Services and an extensive range of driver assistance systems.
The BMW M3 CS, which will also be present at the show, is a special edition high-performance model with an improved power output of 460 horsepower, thanks to the six-cylinder in-line engine with BMW M TwinPower Turbo technology.
The BMW 2 Series Active Tourer and Gran Tourer will be premiered as well featuring a number of upgrades such as new technologies, more luxury features, and so on. Furthermore, the new BMW i8 roadster with gullwing doors, electric soft-top, and improved eDrive technology will also be present at the show.
