The Skoda Vision X Concept has been disclosed in designer renderings a month before the 88th Geneva Motor Show. The Vision X will represent an urban crossover, which is expected to inspire future SUVs by Skoda.
Talking about the exterior of the Skoda Vision X Concept, the classic Czech glasswork on the body gives shape to the SUV’s three-dimensional defined lines. Joining the party with edgy and sharp head and tail-lamps are clear-cut bumpers incorporating dual exhausts and ‘dominant side sills’ which grace the becoming, futuristic color scheme termed Flex Green. There are clear hints of Kodiaq and Karoq’s influence in the design seen in the razor-sharp lines.
The inside design shows a beautiful contrasting interior with a lively green hue and grey-ish black tones which follow futuristic tendencies. A huge center display with an absence of buttons and dials and a redesigned steering wheel with sophisticated digital instrument panels make reference to the fact.
Not much is known about the powertrain except that the SUV will feature a mix of 1.0 and 1.5 TSI engines and the 1.6 TDI.
Skoda hasn’t provided any details on when the production model will be released and what it will be called. However, it is expected it will rival the likes of Toyota C-HR, Nissan Qashqai, and Hyundai Kona.
