Mercedes-Benz has released a teaser of their next attraction on their official Facebook page. The new 2018 Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be formally unveiled in a press event in Amsterdam at 12:00 pm on 2nd February. The event will also be broadcasted LIVE on the Mercedes-Benz website. The sedan’s exterior has been showcased in the latest teaser following a picture of the lavish interior surfaced online late last year. We last reported about the A-Class in February last year.
The triangular headlights of the A-Class sedan hint at the front of the 2019 CLS, which was revealed in November last year. Further details about the car’s exterior design will be known only after its reveal because there have been several design changes compared to the stylish concept A-Class showcased in Shanghai last year.
In the interior, the new infotainment system, termed as MBUX, will probably be one of Mercedes-Benz’s main attractions in the A-Class sedan with a new digital assistant. A touch-enabled wide-screen, beautiful ambient lighting, and a touch sensitive control pad on the center console among other luxuries will adorn the car’s interior.
The 2018 Mercedes-Benz A-Class sedan will be the first A-Class to hit US roads. It is still uncertain if both hatchback and sedan models will be revealed in Amsterdam. However, it is confirmed that a hatchback will be released in Europe and a sedan in the USA.
