Abu Dhabi’s chief importer of BMW vehicles, Abu Dhabi Motors, just yesterday announced the availability of the BMW ALPINA B5 Bi-Turbo in an exclusive event in the capital city of UAE.

The marriage of technology between BMW and ALPINA means the new B5 Bi-turbo delivers exceptional power and performance. The sedan rushes from 0 to 100 kph in just 3.5 seconds compliments to its 4.4 liters V8 engine with Bi-Turbo charging coupled with Valvetronic variable valve timing and high-pressure direct fuel injection. Its highest output of 608 hp is attained between 5,750 and 6,250 rpm, while the 800Nm of torque is achieved at 3,000rpm. The acceleration from 0-200 kph takes just 11.4 seconds. Alpina’s fastest car ever reaches a top speed of 330kmh. Surprisingly, the fuel consumption for such a powerful car is a decent 10.5 l/100 km, with CO2 emissions of 240 g/km. The all-wheel-drive will be standard.
Alpina engineers have fitted the sports sedan with advanced suspension technology which easily supports the immense torque produced by the V8 engine. The new and improved short and rigid suspension allows perfect handling and better aerodynamics. The BMW ALPINA B5 has been fitted with the new integral active steering and exclusive Pirelli p zero tires for added comfort. The maximum traction is achieved through the use of the fresh BMW xdrive technology.
The BMW presence is ubiquitous in its unique kidney grill which feeds the turbo with air. The sporty spoilers accentuate alpines influence in the car, as well as, support the aerodynamics of the keeping the vehicle stable on the ground at high speeds. The car hums confidently with its two tailpipes giving sound to the V8 beast under the hood. The B5 Bi-Turbo will be available in two principle choices; the Iconic Blue and Metallic Green colors. However, other BMW choices can also be entertained.
