During the recent Detroit Auto Show, we saw a new model from the Kia dubbed as Forte borrowing some design cues from the Stinger. Surely, it is not a sporty sedan and it can never be with a modest 2.9-liter I-4 engine paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or CVT. Pitting it against mighty horsepower of Aventador, the Kia Forte does not stand a chance. However, Kia has something to prove here as they have recently created a video where they lined up the new Forte in red against Aventador in yellow.

As most of you had thought, seeing the video screenshot, both cars racing to win the battle, the comparison is actually not related to speed or performance. The assessment is about the practicality as we see both cars standing beside each other and we analyze the number of doors, the leg and head room, the cargo capacity and other functionalities.

As we can see, the 2019 Kia Forte thrashes the Aventador in all these departments. And why not, the Forte is a sedan with four doors and ample cargo capacity, while the Aventador is a coupe with a very low cargo space. Not to mention, you can accommodate 5 passengers compared to 2 in the Lambo. The Lambo only outsmarts the Forte when it gets a chance to use its 700 hp V12 powerhouse.

Yes, we are writing it in an ironic way and yes we can buy a Forte and an Italian Villa in $400,000. The point is, the Forte is more practical and budget-friendly than any other sports car down there.
